PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR EPC PROJECTS IN OIL AND GAS SECTOR

Project management of EPC projects, where OCMC can deploy qualified personnel capable of monitoring the project progress and construction. The team shall be backed up by a technical team capable of valuating vendor and yard proposals.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR SHIP BUILDING

OCMC can supply the entire project management team required for the management and monitoring of the vessel construction in a shipyard. OCMC has under its call sheet a list of well qualified Engineers capable of ensuring the quality and delivery of the units.

ASSET MANAGEMENT OF FLEETS / VESSELS

OCMC at present provides wide range of services for the asset management ranging from supply of crew to technical assistance necessary for the safe and economical operation of the assets.


02PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR VESSEL UPGRADATION & MODIFICATION

OCMC Provides the following services as package or partially tailoring to the client’s requirements.

  • Engineering design for the modification works
  • Preparation of budgets and getting quote from subcontractors and vendors for special surveys and upgradations
  • Preparation of scope of work and discussion with shipyard to finalize WBS
  • Supply of qualified personnel for project management like Project manager, Structural and paint QC, Project planner, Project engineer etc.
  • Technical assistance to facilitate discussion with Class and approval of proposals by the vendor and yard.
  • Project planning to identify critical paths before hand and give solution to monitor and ensure timely delivery.

03 PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF EPC OIL & GAS PROJECTS

OCMC has vast experience in executing EPC projects for Oil and Gas industry. The projects ranges from EPC of small skid units to management of entire processing facilities.

05 NEW BUILDING PROJECT MANAGEMENT

OCMC offers comprehensive project management of your newbuilding from concept to the vessel delivery. Close supervision by qualified experts, right from a vessel’s plan approval process through its construction, commissioning and on-schedule delivery with no compromise on cost, quality and performance expectations.

Pre-contract stage of a newbuilding project includes:
  • Evaluation of the shipyard, it’s facilities and capabilities.
  • The review of shipbuilding contract.
  • Reviewing the associated technical specifications.
  • Review of the equipment package functionality, reliability and maintenance.
Post-contract stage of the newbuilding project includes:
  • Design and drawings appraisals.

What Is Marine Insurance

Our Marine Insurance Plans

Protection & Indemnity (P&I) Insurance

  • Provides liability coverage for shipowners and operators against third-party claims for bodily injury or property damage caused by the ship.
  • Covers crew members' injuries or death caused by the ship
  • Covers pollution liability arising from the ship's operation
  • Also provides legal assistance and defence costs in case of lawsuits or legal disputes.

Hull & Machinery Insurance

  • Covers physical damage or loss of the ship and its machinery caused by perils such as collisions, fires, grounding, etc.
  • Covers repair or replacement costs for the damaged parts or total loss of the ship
  • Can also include loss of hire coverage, which compensates for the loss of income during the ship's repair period.

Cargo Insurance

  • Covers physical loss or damage to cargo during transportation by sea.
  • Can cover all risks or named perils, depending on the policy's terms and conditions.
  • Covers the cost of the cargo and freight charges in case of loss or damage.
  • Can also include delay in start-up coverage, which compensates for the financial loss incurred due to the delayed delivery of the cargo.

Project Insurance

  • Provides coverage for large-scale projects, such as construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects.
  • Covers the risks and liabilities associated with the project, including physical damage, third-party liability, and delay or interruption of the project.
  • Can be customized to the specific needs of the project and its stakeholders.

Offshore Insurance

  • Provides coverage for offshore energy projects, such as oil and gas exploration and production.
  • Covers the risks and liabilities associated with offshore operations, such as platform construction, drilling, and transportation

Project Cargo Insurance
